BillCast uses iCloud to sync your data automatically across all your devices. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud enabled, your bills, subscriptions, and receipts will stay in sync on your Mac and iPhone.
Yes. All your data is stored on-device and synced through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, which uses end-to-end encryption. BillCast does not send any data to third-party servers. No analytics or tracking SDKs are included in the app. Your financial information stays entirely under your control.
BillCast subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your Mac. You can cancel anytime and continue using premium features until the end of your billing period.
You can delete all your BillCast data by deleting the app from your device. You can also use the data management options within the app under Settings to selectively remove bills, receipts, or account data. Data in your iCloud container can be managed through your iCloud account settings.
BillCast is available for macOS 26+ and iOS 26+. Both versions are included with a single purchase or subscription, and your data syncs seamlessly between them via iCloud.
